Foreign Exchange City Final Edition Overhead

This is what it looked like upon completion. After the first high-density residential started growing it became easier to grow things in a more consistent fashion; so I could concentrate more on zone structuring after this and less on little things like budgeting and waiting for cash.

For some reason when I loaded the file initially almost all the commerce was abandoned. I unpaused it for a bit and it all came back. Not sure what happened there, but I got a picture of the revitalized commercial district, so that'll be forthcoming momentarily.
