Spy Plan

Also made in paint. A bit more obvious this time. I made this a few years ago too for the sake of being ridiculous. My idea: The Soviets should try to sneak a submarine into the reflecting pool by the Lincoln Memorial to spy on Washington DC.

This is what I imagined the plan would look like. Because you know; the Soviets wouldn't see stuff and be like "Oh yeah, that's the Washington Memorial"
